For cross-border operations advisory engagements, deliverables are provided as informational guidance and should not be treated as legal or tax advice. Clients are encouraged to consult qualified legal and tax professionals where necessary. For customer experience mapping, the client agrees to facilitate access to relevant data, customer contacts, and internal staff as reasonably required. For meeting facilitation, the client is responsible for venue arrangements and participant attendance; halcyrenmy is responsible for agenda design, facilitation, and post-meeting documentation.

Our recommendations are based on the information available to us at the time of the engagement and reflect our professional judgment. They should not be construed as legal, financial, or tax advice unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through informal negotiation in good faith before pursuing formal proceedings. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
